I occasionally knit toys using a fleecy boucle yarn to make a super cuddly furry texture, such as for my toy sloth. The yarn I used for my sloth has been discontinued since I originally made it, so I have put together a list of suitable alternatives for you just in case you are having difficulty sourcing yarns for your toy. The knitting pattern to make my Lazy Daze Sloth is available from LoveCrafts.com.
Other yarn brands offer fleecy yarns that could be used to knit your sloth. Here are a few that I found that could be suitable based on the yarn band info.
I hope this information is helpful for you to choose which yarn to use for your project. The links above are correct at the time of writing this post, but if any links are broken since, please do let me know and I will update them for you.
